Values for X-axis not correct

Hi

I want to make a simple scatter plot with one column beeing the values for the x-axis. When i click on "select data" in the diagramm i created it shows me that my column is being used as the x-axis, but in the diagramm that isn't the case and it just goes from 0 to 1000.
Usually I just select my columns and create a scatter plot with lines and that works. But for some reasons in some files the x-axis isn't correct as described above.
Any ideas why it isn't working for these few files and how I can fix it? I've attached screenshots of my graph and the "select date" window

Oh, I dind't realise there were so many empty rows, I just marked the whole colum thinking it would automaticly end after the data. Not including all the empty ones fixed my problem, thanks a lot
