Calculating SLA Met percentges

Hi,

I have run into a block.

I have a pivot table that counts the number of tickets raised in a week and a column which shows whether it met the SLA (values there would be Yes, No or ONGOING and the count for each of them). I'm trying to calculate the percentage of SLA Met = Yes as a total of the tickets raised in that week.

In the simplest example.
I have 6 P0 tickets, 3 met SLA, 3 failed. I know this is 50% but I can't find a way to calculate that. I intend once I have this information to show it graphed.

To add complexity, I also need to exclude from the total count any that say ONGOING because their duration is not yet known.
