Hi guys
I have a spreadsheet with three columns; email address, name, date of birth. There can be up to 3 names and dates of birth connected to each email. I need to make a table so the headers will be: email, name 1, dob 1, name 2, dob 2, name 3, dob 3. What is the easiest way to get this information?

Note that DOB columns will need to be formatted as date.
