trying to put together a simple resource tracker with a dashboard. Thus far, I've used pivot tables but I am a bit stuck with using a dial to determine a person's capacity (based on 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week).
Essentially, what I need to do is see how much time a person is spending on a project and whether the combined number of projects they are working on (based on their allocated hours per project) means that they are within or outside of capacity, Ideally, I'd also like to be able to do this by comparing individuals within a division, and compared to other divisions.
I have mostly used pivot tables, just wanting to know if I am on the right track and how to fix the dial portion.May take a few w-mails, so thanks to those that can help me out.
