Question Use COUNTIF in a pivot table ?

Hey guys ! I'll try to be short, here's my situation.

In my document, I have 4 tabs (3 containing 1 table and 1 for the pivot table)

On each of the 3 tables, I have a column that is a Yes/No question (Only possible values are "Yes" and "No")

I want to show on my pivot table how many "Yes" and how many "No" I have individually for, let's say, department A.

For now, it only shows how many yes/no I have in total (if I have 10 row, it'll show 10).

I tried the COUNTIF formula and it works fine, but I have no clue on how I could put it in a pivot table, do you have any clue on how I could make this work ?

If it's impossible, do you have any idea on how I could do something similar ?

Thanks in advance hoping I was able to make sense, have a great day !

Why not add the department column to the pivot table?
If posting code please use code tags, see here.

Gotta admit I simplified the whole thing a lot, let me give you some more details

I have 10 columns : Auditor - Job Title - Audited place - Unit - Does the employee respects the procedure (Yes no) - Same thing - Same thing - Same thing - Date - Period

The important ones are the following : Job title, Audited place, Unit, the 4 Yes/No and the period.

In the pivot table, I want to, firstly, filter out by Audited place (We have several hospitals, LTC facilities, etc.)

Then, filter by Unit (there is 49 of them)

Then, by periods (like from April 1st to April 25th is Period 1, April 26th to May 23rd is Period 2, etc.).

    Then, by Job title

And, with that, I want to be able to see how many Yes/No I have for the employees.

I would gladly send you the file, there is nothing private or whatever, but it's all in french. If you didn't get what I meant, I could do a quickly translated version so you could have it in front of you ?

Thanks again for your time !

Mhh how do I put an attachment ? Clicking on the "Attachments" thing doesn't do anything

Edit : Uploaded it here instead, if that's okay -

gofile.i o/d/3Drc8p (just remove the space)

So, here's the quickly translated version, there's 2 tab named Bilan, the one with the (bad example) in it is what they used to have, they had to manually enter every numbers to calculate the comformity % of each unit, they didn't have tables to get numbers automatically.

Let me know if you need any detail, thank you

You are correct, the paperclip icon doesn't work. Please utilize the instructions in the banner at the top of the page and upload an .xlsx file.
