Vertical chart

I am a new member and this is my first post.
Also i am new to the excel. Therefore please help me to draw a chart.

One JCB machine takes 15 minutes to excavate the mud and it take 4 minutes to load the mud to the tipper. The tipper also transports the mud to the designation and returns to the starting point in 56 minutes. There are five tippers at that location. This process is repeated. Please help me to draw vertical bar chart for this process.

If I understand then adding a row that calculates the amount of time a tipper waits to be loaded should produce the desired chart.
The formula for the 'waiting' row could be: =SUM($D10:D11)
