SHow chart with incremental changes in value

I want to show a chart that for a series of values, shows the incremental change. For example, if the total value is 100, but then it decreases by 5 for one reason, and then another 6 for a different reason, it ends at 89. So the chart would show a full bar up to 100, then a bar from 100 to 95, then a bar from 95 to 89, and then a full bar of 0-89. I attached an example that got close.

    Thanks!!

You mean something like waterfall chart?

If you are using Excel 2016 or later there's default template for that.

If still using earlier version of Excel... have a read of link below.

Sorry I have a follow up question. I want to add a second series, and I can't figure out how to do that. See attached. Any ideas?

You really shouldn't add second series to Water fall chart. It adds nothing to the story being told by data, and makes it harder to read the data.

What I would recommend is to have 2nd chart with same scale as 1st. Or use object grouping to align two charts side by side.

If more than two consider panel chart (it's just a collection of charts that share same legend).
