Formatting CSV data to excel for easy pivot tables - Advice needed

Dear Excel Forum,

I have searched a bit through previous post, but couldn't find anything to get me on the right path. I have exported an Active Directory (via AD Free Info Tool) Group Listing into a csv file. If I open it now via excel and do a text to column function I have an data overview that I cannot use to pivot the data for the required results.

Basically what I am after in this data set is a Group and all its members in a user friendly overview. My initial thought was to use pivot, but maybe there is a different way to format the data. I would really appreciate any information/ link or advice you have for this.
