Help with Chart--chart not updating with new data from lookup

I've used this forum and previous examples (thank you all!) to build my own 9 box. Eventhing was working great but some how, my chart stopped updating. The team tab and look up tabs update and work beautifully, but I would like the names of the employees to then populate the correct box on my chart. I'm pretty novice when it comes to excel and can't for the life of me figure out why names no longer populate in my chart. Thanks for any help!!! This forum is the best.
