Data labels not all shown

Can you please help?
Chart with data labels as in enclosed file - not all data labels are shown.
How to solve this?

Try resetting the data label text and then reapplying the Values from cells.

You can also replaced the grouped shape by adding an extra series to the chart and plotting as line.
