Create varince chart

Hi all,

I have an Image chart like this but I do not know how I can create that. Please HELPE me

I have two Years for costs

cost 1 = 140000
cost 2 = 15000
varianc = 125000
chart.PNG

I need this chart in excel file ,please

I would follow this technique: https://peltiertech.com/Excel/Charts...ertErrBar.html The tutorial looks like it was written for Excel 2002, so some of the commands will have moved, but the technique still works. Basically, it is creating a column + XY scatter combination chart.
