Trying to Calculate Difference from two columns

Hi, this should be simple but I am trying to have the final column calculate a NET # instead of a SUM in this pivot table. The sample I attached is not a pivot, but is what the pivot looks like. How do I make it so that column D shows the difference between column B and C within a pivot table.

Show us what the source data looks like. Once we have that this can be achieved using Power Pivot and creating a new measure to show the difference. For your version of Excel, you will need to download Power Pivot from Microsoft. It is native in later versions starting with 2016 and does not need to be added in.
