Refresh all Pivot Table Bitton not working

    Hi,

First of all apologies for my English. I have an excel document with many pivot tables. At my home with an Office 365 version 2009 when I press refresh all button it does work properly. But if I send the document to my office where I have an Office 365 version 2002, the refresh all button does not work, I can`t see the blue circle while refreshing. Iīm desperate because I canīt find the reason, I have no add ons active, I have no external connections, and I canīt use VBA because it is a public document in my office,

    Please help.

    BR

Is the source data in the same file as the pivot tables?

Although there are about 60 pivot tables in the document I donīt think there are data mining. It is very strange that it works with my pc but not with my office laptop

If there's no data missing, what makes you think they aren't refreshing?

Re: Refresh all Pivot Table Bitton not working

If the document works at home and does not work in my office I would think it has to do with the version of Office 365, because one is 2002 and the other one is 2009, but... that doesn't make sense. If something were wrong in the document it wouldn't work at home either, and it does.

You could set all the pivot tables to refresh data on opening the file.
