Data Model Pivots, Slicers, Time Durations - Trying to Make These Work Together

    Hello!
I have attached a test copy of the report with pivots that is the focus of my issue(s). I am trying to add a column to my current pivot table that gives me the number of distinct dates for each of the evaluators (in that row). So, when my slicer's filter is removed, there are a total of 7 distinct dates there. But if I select only 5 of those dates in the slicer, I'd like to be able to see how many of those days during that 5 day period, my evaluators actually completed any evaluations. (Hope all of that makes sense!)

The only way I was able to make it sort of work, was to use the data model when creating my pivot - but when I do that, for some reason, I'm unable to get my call duration columns to work! Is there a way to get what I need without using VBA because I use MS Teams and that program doesn't allow VBA or macros.

    Thanks!

Well - I'm going to guess that I'm asking too much from Excel on this one! I will see if I can find some alternate solution for it!

Is it permissible to add a column to the source data?
If so the new column could be populated using: =IF(COUNTIFS(A$2:A2,A2,C$2:C2,C2)=1,1,0)
The new column is then dragged into the Values area of the pivot table.
