Labor Productivity with Labor and Covers by Hour

Hi, this should be an easy one to figure out but I have a lot on my plate and can't take the time to figure it to work correctly. I am trained as a Chef FYI, have to learn everything in excel on my own (and awesome people who post on forums!).

I need a graph that has bars and lines on it as follows:

Y axis needs to have total covers, people who came and ate and/or plates sold
X axis needs to be labeled as times and needs to be by the hour

    500

    400

    300

    200

    100

    0
    9am 10am 11am 12pm 1pm 2pm 3pm 4pm 5pm

Now this is simple enough to lay out in a bar graph, but I can't figure out how to get a line graph overlapping this showing total number of labor hours. It has to be super simple for a Chef to enter in the information. They would be responsible for entering in the labor hours and the total covers on any given day.

TIME ll Covers ll Labor Hours
    9am 250 8
    10am 250 8
    11am 300 16
    etc

Any additional help would be greatly appreciated and would also be given a free hamburger when visiting Las Vegas in the future!

    Thank You,
    Chef Thomas

Using the time, covers and hrs data from post #1 a chart combo column/line graph could be produced by:
    1. Selecting one cell in the data and using the key combination Ctrl + n + r
    2. Select the cluster column graph
    3. Right click on one of the hrs. columns
    4. Select change series chart type
    5. Select line and also select secondary axis
