Offsetting data points so error bars don't overlap

I am trying to display outcomes for a clinical trial on a line graph. The outcomes for the intervention and control group have error bars around them. Ideally I would like the values for the outcomes offset just a little bit so the error bars don't overlap. Ideally so that groups have a smaller distance than the outcomes. I attach a sample sheet with made-up data.

I think I figured out the offsetting by turning it into a scatter plot, but now the lines don't seem to connect anymore (see attached). Does anybody have a solution to this?

Okay figured this one out too- turned out to be the setting "show empty cells as: gaps" when I switched it to: "connect data points with a line" it worked. Hope this is helpful to anyone who has the same problem
