Dynamic chart title

I am able to have dynamic chart title based on slicer. can this be done for chart when timeline is used.

Please select I19:J19 copy and paste special > linked picture

but it disappears once timeline box is shifted to another location

Change the range I19:J19 to another location or don't move the timeline box.

Otherwise, this requires VBA but I don't know which element to pull out from The timeline.
