I've starting learning Pivot tables over the last week but one issue I can't resolve is we need to see a filtered list of clients with the "NOTES" column alongside the name (For example, have a pivot table to show all clients who cancelled their plans [Called "Clawback"] with the note next to them stating why.
I understand this can be achieved quite easily in the data table but i'm trying to get people away from analysing data in the data table and having the info required at the ready in a pivot table
Can this be done? I've attached a simple example spreadsheet with the Pivot table on the "CLAWBACK" sheet. You'll see it shows COUNT OF Note, rather than the note itself
Many thanks for your help. If it can't done, then no worries - theres plenty of workarounds but would be good to know for future reference either way.

P.S. I tried adding a picture to my profile but couldn't work out how for the life of me. I was on the profile edit page but no sign of a way to change it
