    Hi,

I don't understand the question. Please clarify.

Since the charts use a data source in another workbook it may not be possible to help if we don't also have that workbook.

I uploaded almost the entire workbook (it's too big). I want that all by data label go to the outside end position (like blue chart) and to know how to do it.

Have you set the 'Ouside End' parameter for Labels in each data series?

You need to apply the data labels to the relevant series (right-click, Add data labels). The ones you have are all for the AB series, which is generally blank so they are plotting at the outside end but the columns are all 0 value.

If i take example with New-Zealand, my custom label with "Bundled" in "Rechargeable battery price" don't appear with your strategy.
I need a good formula in the worksheet "New Zealand for example" in the table K1:06 to find the value with the right format directly. (format established in the table Q1:Q6)

Looking at the chart entitled 'Bottom 5 lowest price', which is top left chart on 'Graph Poland' sheet.

The data labels are only displayed on 1 series, which is series 'AB'. In that particular chart the data is zero. The data labels themselves are getting the text from a cell range, rather than showing actual value.
So the data bars have no height, whilst the data labels reports the value of 1 of the 4 available values in a category.

You either need to add a series that uses the value in column P with the datalabels linked to column Q. Format that series to have no fill or border, with a series name of a space. That way the entry in the legend will not show, although it will be present.
    Cheers

You need to set them to use the same range of cells for their values as you did with the original ones.

Thank you for your answer. If you could apply this in one worksheet, i could understand more i think.

Yes. That's the idea. In New Zealand worksheet, in the table K1:06, i would like to find the formula that enables to find the values with the good format.

Re: Why a majority of data label don't go to outside end position?

    Welcome to the forum

Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

And try rephrasing your question, as it does not make sense

That's why you might sometimes be asked to rephrase things. Please do your best to comply with the request so that we can help you properly.

I appreciate English is not you first language, which is why I suggested restating the question.

I selected the chart, right click and pick Select Data.
Using the select data dialog I added a series.
    Series name is a space
    Data values from relevant cells.
The format the new series to have no fill/border. Add datalabels linked to cells.
