Pivot excel without count or sum, just original data

Hi, I have data like this, trying to pivot the data but the result is not as expected
wondering to make it expected result and to make macro for it, cause this is my routine task. many thanks before

Row Labels- Name
Columns- Date
Value- In & Out
Change the count to Max
Format the number to Time
Remove the grand total
Pivot table option > Check 'Merge and center cells with labels'
