Hi all
I would like my pivot table to remain the same size (row-wise) at refresh.
It is embedded in a dashboard and shows the top 10 projects' revenue.
However, when I refresh it, the table grows to 1000 rows, as there are as many projects. I can then apply the top 10 filter, but by that time, my dash will already be destroyed by the expanding pivot.
Is there a way? i could not figure it out...

Hi there,
A bit of guesswork here as we can't see how your data/pivit table is setup.
If you apply the filter in the pivot table (not the data table), then the top ten filter should remain when refreshing your data/pivot table.
An alternative to a pivot table may be a formula based approcha where you return the top 10 lines from your data (rank). with the formulas only on your 10 rows, it will never expand.
Please refer to the yellow band at the top on how to attach a sample file (neutralise any confidential data first).
