In my experience, line charts and others that use a category axis do not handle multiple x values ranges well if at all. Unless you want to make some major changes to the way your spreadsheet is arranged (see below), then you will want to use an XY scatter chart for this (you might want a scatter chart anyway, if you want your X values to be treated as numbers in the chart).
Ideally I wouldn't want to edit each series separately to input the X-axis values manually, because I have many series.
Excel does not know how to automatically parse data into chart ranges the way you have it arranged. If you want to keep the same arrangement in the spreadsheet, then you will be required to edit each series separately (or write a VBA macro to do the same). If you want Excel to be able to automatically parse the X and Y data ranges, you will need to arrange the data with a single column (row) of X values and multiple columns (rows) of Y values:
How would you like to proceed? Rearrange the data in the spreadsheet so Excel can automatically parse the data ranges? Or edit each data series individually while keeping the current arrangement? (I'd switch to a scatter chart, in either case).
