Unlocking Pivot Table Value Cells on Protected Worksheet

    Hello,

The pivot table allows one to double click on a cell and open a new sheet with the contents of that selected cell, this is a feature I want to keep when I protect the sheet. I know I can unlock that cell but since the cell range changes based on selected slicers, how do I dynamically unlock pivot table cells when they change?

You can apply "Protect Sheet" on the "Table" tab instead of "Protect Workbook" then your pivot sheet will not be lock.
