Help needed to create a scatter chart

I have been trying to find a way of plotting data into a scatter chart whereby the X/horizontal axis is day of the week "Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri" and the Y/vertical axis is a +/- percent change.

The aim of what I 'm trying to achieve is to have a visual representation of each day of the week showing the %change variation.

I have a attached a sample of the data I have for reference.
