Conditionally format pivot table results based on high and low targets

I have attached a copy of the Excel file I am working with. I want to conditionally format the pivot table on the Crop Dashboard so that if the pH or EC numbers listed are higher than the high targets listed on the Crop Target tab they are one color (blue), if they are lower than the low targets they are another color (red), and if they are between or equal to the low and high targets they are either white or no color change.

I get the basics of how to conditionally format, but I'm just not sure what formulas to use to compare the results in the pivot table to the Crop Data high and low targets.

I'm still a relative newbie at working with pivot tables and charts, so go slow, lol! Thank you!

    Hi

you did good, just the formula was wrong. Compared the wrong column in Vlookup with the wrong value in the table itself

    should be fine now
