    Excel Pivot not showing correct results

    Win10 Microsoft 365
    Excel recommended pivots - Can anyone help please? Thank you, I have tried very hard before posting this!

    Sample data attached.
    Trying to count text responses analysed by Directorate of how many types of each answer to 3 particular questions, and of what percentage per directorate their category of Yes, No, or Maybe is of the total number of responses.
