Show Start/End Dates as Separate Columns in Pivot

Hi. I have a simple data set (project activities). I would like to be able to pivot and show three layers of information with start and end date as separate columns. See the attached spreadsheet as an example. How can I display start and end dates affiliated with the activity (columns A, B, C)? The pivot function wants to calculate--I just want to display the dates without having to cut/paste. Suggestions?

I have created what you are looking for by placing all items in the Rows. See attached.

Thanks. That gives me the desired outcome. I am not seeing how you came to that result. I have placed all items in the rows in a pivot and they appear as one column with each level indented. What additional steps did you add? It looks like you grouped related tables. I am not seeing how you did that though.

Open the Design Tab, Select Report Layout. Select Tabular.
