Same "Field Name" Used Multiple in the "Column" Section

I'm trying to use the same "field name" multiple times in the column section to return the same values, one set of values as dollars and the second set of values as a percentage of grand total. The column section will not allow the same field name to be used more than once. Please see attached spreadsheet for the desired outlook.

Should confuse Excel and everyone else.

I think Excel scores highly for logic in this case.

Any suggestions on how to return the desired outcome I provided in the attached example?

Nope! give it some thought - Excel will not allow you if you want to use the column headers for references in tables or calculations.
