    Unhappy 3D Maps

    Hi All,

I've been trying to find out a way to do this for some time now but, have hit a brick wall so I'm hoping someone may be able to help!

I have a set of data which has about 2500 clients in it, which needs to be divided into UK regions so I can allocate it to different members of staff. I need to know how many clients we have in each UK Region. The Data I have does not include which region of the UK the client is located but, it does have their Postcode (I have separated out the Prefix). I have tried using Mass replace codes and adding KML files to 3D Maps but nothing seems to work, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!

Thank you for your reply, no need to apologize! I've tried to follow this but, it doesn't seem to place my data to tell me how many clients are in each region.

Logit has suggested a pictorial option which you may want to explore.

It all depends what sort of presentation you need.

This site shows all the Inbound post codes for the 9 English regions. It's a simple matter to cut and paste to Excel and use a simple VLOOKUP to identify any post code by region. Not as wizzy as Logit's suggestion though

    Re: 3D Maps

Thank you Richard! So, would this mean that all my postcode prefixes would then change to region based on the postcode by region?
