Is it possible to extract data 'auto' in a chart without having to resource data set

    Hi

I require some help please with creating a dynamic chart with specific criteria in order to generate monthly figures.

At present the data set used is auto-populated by another spreadsheet (linked) with the goal for this chart to do the same, whereby i don't need to select the data i want represented in the chart each month, as it does it automatically.

E.g. I have hundreds of suppliers, but i only want the suppliers with 1 or more reported complaints to be represented on the graph, so maybe out of 200 suppliers only 30 reported a complaint.

How do i set this up for excel to search the data set, to represent, in this case 30 suppliers and dismiss the other 170 suppliers without having to select the data source each month?

    Kind Regards

You need to rearrange you data.

Then you can use a pivot table/chart. Filter Complaints via the page field
