Average not working on my pivot- only gives me sum value

I have a list of call time values and am trying to get the value in the pivot table to be an average not a total sum. Doc attached. it has 2 tabs. one with all data and the other with a pivot

Change the value field to show Count. You will see that each data point is a single value. There is no records with the same Agent/Date to get an average of.

Perhaps you need to be showing the "Avg ACW Time" field instead of "ACW Time"

Good catch. I added the column to get the day of the week based on the date. IT worked. Thanks
