pivot table export only "n" values

First time poster here,

I'm working on a survey project and while there are probably 100 surveys I do, each survey only has between 3-17 questions per survey.

Here are the facts:
Each survey has between 3-20 questions.
Each question only has 3 possible answers; "Y","N","N/A".
I really only "care" about the "N" answers and related comments(if any) that were provided in the survey response and to know how many surveys were answered as "N" by that one person for that one survey question.
The Pivot chart has to include the manager roll-up and is formatted in the right way I want the data to display, but the results are incorrect.

Two Questions:
1. How can I get the chart to tell me how times "Kyle" or anyone else answered "Y","N","N/A" for any of the 3 questions? I know this is just a matter of adding the different fields to the Filters, Columns, Rows, and values but I've tried for a while and haven't quite gotten it to display correctly.
2. When you double-click any of the numbers on the pivot table, it exports a table with the data that fed into the pivot table, but is there a way to get the pivot table to only export the Manager2, Manager1, Agent, Case #, survey question, Comment next to it? In a way, I'd only want to see when they say "n" and why, but also have it tell me their roll-up?
