    Calculation filed in Pivot table

    Dear all

I want to know how I would make a calculated field
Which the field in the data based is "Status", it is either "Yes"or "No".
I have pivoted it into 2 columns with a grand total.

Now I would like to show the % over the grand total of the "Yes"

    Appreciate any help

    Eric

    Calculation filed only sum number.

The database need another 2 columns for
    Confirm
    =N(C2="A (Confirmed)")

    Lost
    =N(C2="X (Lost)")

    Calculation filed
    Total
    =Confirm+Lost

    Success Rate
    =Confirm/Total

Re: Calculation filed in Pivot table

    Dear Bo_Ry

Thanks and i do not understand the "=N "
I saw your work on my table, add the additional columns.

But what if I have many choices, how would I handle it.

For example, if there are more choices such as
"Confirm", "Lost", Proposed, Pending and I need to know the ratio over the grand total?

    Thanks for your advice.

Re: Calculation filed in Pivot table

Get rid of additional columns and calculated fields.

Add another count and select > show values as > % of Row total
