Finding average only for the total value

hi All,

Please help me to find the average only for the total in a pivot table.

My table has a list of customers with total sales for 12 months in each column. I need the total as last column and average after the total column.

If I add average - its coming as an additional column for each month which I don't want.

column N to display total;
column O to display average of Jan to Dec

Thanks to all for helping, but maybe my request is not clear.

I need the original value for each month along with total for 12 months; but after total average is needed only for total. this can be done manually
but I need to do the calculation inside pivot table - so that each time there is new data, the table gets refreshed automatically

So... you want one cell -stuck on its own - but somehow attached to the pivot table???

Upload a sheet and MANUALLY add on the result you want to see, where you want to see it.
