Pivot formula resulting in DIV/O! issue.

    Greetings,

thank you in advance for any assistance. Any of the information given is not confidential.

This is an exercise where it's pivot table should have been ready to use without any adjustments but it comes up in error DIV/0!
The number of entries is 2183.
I've also the file itself as an example so you can take a closer look.

Check the attached PNGs for further information, example1 attachment shows the exercise and the pivot table fields all set in the order requested in the exercise, the DIV/0 comes from the 5 star / Survey collumn.
When I press on a DIV to open its sheet with the information I get the second screenshot named example 2, showing the numbers as text, thus not being able to do the diversion.
I've made sure the numbers on both collums named 5 Star and Survey are numerical as needed and the equation to draw the results is a simple =IF(I5=5,1,IF(I5<5,0)) to bring the corresponding number which should then be divided.
I've also opened the calculated field which is example3, and example4 shows the equation used in numerical format. I cannot make heads or tails of this.

Any help would be tremendously appreciated.

I've also attached the exercise as an example, so you can have a direct look.

It works for me after refreshing the pivot table.
