How to create Pivot tables and charts with zero value

    Hi!
I would like to create Pivot Tables that shows zero values for selected dates without existing Data...

    Example:
I do have customers who don't do turnover every month. But I would like see those months without turnover also in pivot tables and charts as "zero values".

When I select the customer "B" January will be hidden in the pivot table and the connected chart.
But I need to see every month in the chart including those without data.

Does anybody have an idea how to manage this?

Have you selected the option to 'show items with no data' for that field?

Do you might have another good advice?

I have created an Excel file with power Pivot tables.

My problem is, that sometimes excel crashes when I am doing an "export" of details of the pivot table.
(Double click on the pivot summary...)

Do you have any idea, how to find the bug that is responsioble for the excel crash?
Or is there maybe a "repair" function in Excel for such issues???

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Best Thomas

No, I imagine there could be a lot of causes and if you get an error code, you'd probably have to talk to Microsoft to figure out what it actually meant.
