chart a table of consistent lateness for one person in a range of names and times

    Hello fellow members/helpers
    I am at a stand-still.
I am trying to calculate the number of times a person is late due to the days and months of the related sheets.
I need to chart, one named person, from a certain number this person is related to, out of several names and numbers.

I have 'highlight' the row of the name and number I am referring to in the sheet I have attached.
I would like to find out how many times number '10' named 'J' [highlighted] has been late or early or on time over a period of 3 months?
I would like to chart a table just on this result only from a period of 3 months which I have placed on 3 sheets.

Please Help and I look forward to your response with much gratitude
    Thanking you in advance
    Diana

For the layout of the data this would be my proposal, as modeled for the Sign On's.
    1. Populate XFB3:XFD30 using: =SUMPRODUCT(($A$3:$A$151=$A3)*($B$1:$W$1=XFB$1)*($C$3:$X$151=XFB$2))
    2. As modeled on Sheet1, populate B3:D30 using: =SUM('Nov PM Diff:Sep PM diff'!XFB3)
    3. Produce a pivot table from the data in B3:D30
    4. The pivot table may be filtered so that the pivot chart will show the early, on time and late values for a particular person.
The above steps can be similarly applied to the Arrive and Leave data also.
