Ok, I have recently inherited a excel sheet with a pivot table. I receive daily spreadsheets and enter data into the main spreadsheet which has 3 separate tabs - Data (where I enter the daily data), Pivot Table Detail (where the data goes and is separated in groups) and the Pivot table Summary (with the final chart).

I already have a few problems so I will list them out here. I've worked on a few so will let you know where I am.
1) on the data tab where I copy/paste info from the daily sheets there is a problem with the filter. The first column is "Date/time" and the 2nd column is "Date." The first column (Date/Time) used to filter by year, months etc. Now it says "Not all items showns" on the filter and only 2021 is showing (but missing January for some reason). How do I get back 2020 as well? For the date column, it was only showing individual listings and not grouping. I went and used "text to columns" to change it from text to date format and that helped for that column. Still have problems with Date/time.

2) when I refresh the data either nothing happens or all the other data disapears (including the chart).

3) When I refresh the data the dates are suppose to move over in order to the other tabs. They do no and seems like everything is all messed up.
