Adding third data series as numerical labels for existing two series

Hi,

I have a combo chart (value and volume of exports, attached) and I would like to add labels for each year of the data. I would like the labels to be the tariff level for each year of the data.

Thank you so much! It is a bit fiddly but it worked. In this case I probably could have just put in text boxes and entered the numbers by hand because they will not change so that would have been faster, but now I know for those situations where the labels may change. Thank you.
