PivotTable - Values Displayed

In the attached spreadsheet, I want the "Difference Found" on Sheet 2 to be display with each date of the same row.

I don't know if that make sense. I can only get the count. I want the value displayed to be the actual number in the cell on sheet 2.

I will guess that you would like to fill column E on sheet 2 with the values from column G on sheet1 using the condition that the item and date match those in columns A and C.
If that is correct then paste the following into cell E1 on sheet 2 and drag the fill handle down:

If that isn't correct then please supply more information. It might be the most helpful if we could see a few manually placed values so that we have something with which to compare the output of our proposed formulas/code.

I feel that earlier I missed the point of the request and that you would like a pivot table that shows that data in columns A:D on Sheet2 and would then like a column that shows the difference found.
I dragged Item, Bin, Date and Item Description into the Rows area and Difference Found into the values area changing the "Summarized Values By" field setting from Count to Sum.
Note that this shows 0 (zero) for LOBSTER TAILS 5-6OZ instead of "pick status".
