multiple returns in pivot table

I am new to excel an I l learnt about pivot table, when I used it I got multiple returns on a single item

see PRINTERS, SCANNER AND PTOTOCOPIER

in the attached table thanks

There are trailing spaces at the end of some of the source data cells - eg "SCANNER " rather than "SCANNER"
