filter out 0 in pivot table

    filter out 0 in pivot table

    Hello experts,

    I need to filter out Zero (0) in a pivot table and I do not see how I can do that. The issue is that the column in question is a "difference from previous" and it seems that the filtering option is no longer an option for a column calculated this way.

    Grateful for you assistance.

    Hi, what about conditional formatting? If you apply to I4:J21 (= only pivottable) with text white (thus not visible)

    Hi, thank you but I would need those records with "0" to be removed completely. I actually have a much larger data set with hundreds of rows.

    Let me know if you have another idea.

    OK, the only other option I know besides CF, is ruling out the results to zero in the original table

    Oh that is an idea but those nubmers are not in the original table since its a "difference from previous" calculation. It seemed very odd to me that I do not see any filter for this field calculated this way.
