One list, two production line, one pivot table?

How to get from one list with two production lines all the date organised in one pivot table.
This is a growing list en if it is possible hold at the end 2 years of data!!

I made a example. Maybe there is a better way to organise the data. Maybe this is not possible, but i don't get it.
Can someone help me out?

store data as:

Date Order Production in kg Quality Line
6/10/2021 6:00 33 322 1 Line 1
6/10/2021 6:00 32 311 3 Line 2
6/10/2021 7:00 33 311 1 Line 1
6/10/2021 7:00 32 366 3 Line 2


then you can pivot

De kg/h is a trending value from a other program.
This program writes the values: time and kg/h every our for both lines in excel vertical or horizontal (optional). The quality we ad. And so we have is all in 2 lists. I have to do something with the kg/h per line!
