Change size of all elements of a graph at once

Hello!

I apologize for the seemingly noobish problem, but I can't find an answer to that. How do I resize a chart while also changing the size of the elements of the chart? If I simply change the size of the graph, the various texts (title, axis titles, axis values) and elements (scatterplot plots) stay the same, it's simply the graph getting "stretched up". Is there a way to increase everything at once?

I am not sure if I understand exactly but, in Chart Area Format pane, under size & properties you can find a check box named Lock aspect ratio

No, locking aspect ratio allows to keep the same horizontal/vertical ratio when changing size. It does not affect content of the graph. Texts within the graph with font size 10 will stay 10, even when doubling the size of the whole graph, that's my main problem.
