CONCATENATEX in Values - Order Problems

    Question CONCATENATEX in Values - Order Problems

    Hey guys so I have a problem with CONCATENATEX in my Pivot. You can see the excel attachment. Basically, the order of the pivot results is wrong.

    in Excel table "PO-HO/2106/62701" has Qty Outstanding "70" but the Pivot results using CONCATENATEX in values fields is "15". How can I make it right?

    my Formulas are:

    =CONCATENATEX(Table1;Table1[Trans. No];"; ")

    and

    =CONCATENATEX(Table1;Table1[Qty Outstanding];"; ")

    Please provide a copy of the workbook with your formulae in place so that we can troubleshoot them. This sample book is of no use - sorry.

    I am not asking to see your real data. Please read the instructions again:

    Post a small Excel sheet (not a picture) showing realistic & representative sample data WITHOUT confidential information (10-20 rows, not thousands...) and some manually calculated results.
    By realistic we mean a workbook that reflects the real layout/set-up.
