    Split column chart by Subject

    Hi,

Please can anyone help me how to split the column chart by subject . I've attached the screenshot , example: it shows both history and biology subjects data in one column chart but I want them in two different column charts.

    Many thanks for your help.

    Thank you,
    Sindhu

It's very hard to be specific with just a picture. If that's a pivot chart, then you can't unless you create separate pivot tables for each subject. If it's a regular chart, just change the data source.

To just the cells with the data you want displayed.

Thank you but I've already done that, need help in something that can be done dynamically instead of choosing the data every time for each column chart.

If you have multiple charts, you have to specify the data for each (whether that's manually or in code). If you have one chart, you can use formulas to determine which data to display. Either way, with the lack of information provided so far, it is pretty much impossible to be more specific.
