AVG Calls per hour per day

To provide the calculations we have to see what kind of data you have. At a minimum you have to tell us what data you have for each call. When you say average per hour per day, do you mean for each hour of the day, show the average for that hour for all days? I have worked at companies with call centers and peak time depends not only on the hour but also the day. 9:30 AM might be the busiest hours for weekdays but 2:00 PM might be busiest on the weekends. You may want to average across all 168 hours in a week (or less, depending on your operational hours).

Another consideration is call duration. A call that lasts 6 minutes is a heavier load on your system than a call that lasts 1 minute.

Uploads work but we do have a size limit. When you bring up the upload pop-up, you get a list of limits for different file types. Oddly, the limit for a zip file (9.77 MB) is much larger than a .xlsx file (1 MB), so consider zipping to upload if your file is large.

The paper clip icon does not work for attachments. To attach a file:

1. Under the text box where you type your reply click the Go Advanced button.
2. On the next screen scroll down and under the Attachments section click the Manage Attachments link, which will show a pop-up window.
3. Click the Choose File button to select a file to attached.
4. Click the Upload button to upload the file.
5. Then click the Close This Window button. Your file is now attached to your post.

You mean your got your whole question figured out, or just how to attach a file?

This shows average incoming calls by hour of day across all days. I'll take a further look a little later. This does not necessarily reflect capacity.

There might be straightforward way to do it with a pivot table that's even easier than what I did; I didn't try that.
