Unable to change dates on axis in a gannt chart

I have been trying to change the dates TO START FROM 2021 rather than 2016 on axis title in a timetable ( gannt chart) and also add an additional row to the data displayed titled "genetics" but its not working when I edit the data.

Click on the chart area then hover over the date axis and right-click then click on Format Axis. Then in the Minimum box you should enter 44197, which is the serial number for 1st January 2021. Click on the chart area again and it should change to make 1/01/2021 the starting value.

Insert a new row 13, then copy/paste the values from rows 14 and 15 into row 13, then delete row 15.
