Stacked bar with continuous data

I am working with Z-Scores (LL -3/ UL 3).
I have (5) groups with unique ranges, but continuous.

I can get a gantt type chart to show thresholds and cutoffs, but since it is continuous I would like it in (1) continuous line - more stack bar like.

Is this doable in excel (or python/r ??)?
