Couldn't find anything similar back in the history of this forum. The problem is as follows. There are several workers in a company and they fill in work days and when they absolutely cannot (holidays etc.). I did it with conditional formatting, where 1 is green 2 is red and 0 is blank. Outsiders need to be able to view this document to see who of all workers is available on a certain day.
I struggle to combine all this data in one pivot table which will show me a calendar with 4 workers and their possibilities. Couldn't find anything similar online either. Would really appreciate any ideas, advice. The file is attached.
